-Northern Baja has a variety of waves from playful to high performance points and reef breaks. Alongside moderate to heavy beach breaks and slabs.
-We will explore multiple regions and a variety surf spots.
-Your surf trip is focused on surfing. The itinerary will be based on finding the best possible surf with your wave and weather forecast.
- Surf conditions may change, so it's essential to stay flexible and adapt plans accordingly.
SAFETY :
- Safety is North County Surf Academy's main concern. From accommodation to transport and surfing. We take all reasonable and necessary travel precautions to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
- NCSA offers a vast knowledge of the Baja community and region. Duran is Familiar with the local customs, laws, traffic rules and road conditions to minimize the chance of any inherent risks.
-In the surf you will learn your surrounding, lineups and be aware of any potential hazards, rocks, strong currents, etc.

GUIDE & COACHING :
- Meet Duran Barr, professional surfer, coach and your guide for the Norther Baja Surf Excursion. Duran has been traveling and surfing the coast of Baja and mainland Mexico for over 25 +years. Sharing his vast knowledge of the local surf spots, swell direction, winds, tides and conditions will ensure your on the best surf.
- Not only in the water but on land we will provide an authentic Baja experience. Taking our guests the best taco shops, restaurants, cantinas, shopping and local hang outs immersing our group in the rich Mexican culture.
- This trip is for intermediate to advanced surfers. Daily video analysis and coaching will focus on basic surfing skills, etiquette, equipment, improving technique, wave reading, timing , maneuvers etc.
- We will cater to the whole groups surfing level and finding waves for all surfers interests.
